"Odyssey" Cruise in comfort, style and safety aboard the Classic 65' Motor Yacht

"Odyssey." The "Odyssey" is a USCG certified and inspected vessel with a maximum

capacity of 97 passengers with room for 60 inside. She has two spacious heated salons with

a bar, sound system, excellent viewing and comfortable, lounge-style seating. The "Odyssey"

also has wrap around decks on 2 levels, 4 staterooms, a complete galley and 2 restrooms

with showers. She is perfect for any special occasion or reception. Catering can be arranged.

In addition to offering group rates on any of our Whale Watching Cruises the "Odyssey" is

available for Private Charters around the scenic San Juan Islands, and in the Seattle area

during the Holiday Season. Her moorage is next to the Ferry Terminal in Friday Harbor, WA.

Information that will help you plan your Private Charter:

v Banquet permit is required to serve alcohol on board. They must be purchased by individual hosting event one week in advance. The permits can be purchased at any Washington State Liquor Store, at a cost of $10. San Juan Excursions limits alcoholic beverages to Beer & Wine.

        Retail Price per Person: Adult - $65 / Child - $45 (2 thru 12) Plus taxes. AAA, Seniors,

Active Military, Teachers and College Students with ID qualify for one 10% discount.

Sea Kayak Tours: 3 tours daily - 10 am, 2 pm, and 6pm

Daily departures April 15- Sept. 15, 3 hour tour with naturalist guide

Retail Price per person: $65 including transportation,

GROUP DISCOUNT RATE:

20-29    = 15% off; = $55.25     "

30 plus = 20% off; = $52.00     "

PAYMENT POLICY: Groups of 10 or more must make a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of reservation, and pay balance 30 days before departure. If this reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the trip, full price will be charged because we will be turning away business to hold that space.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Individuals, small groups, and those paying per person: A credit card # is needed to confirm the reservation. There is a 50% cancellation charge for reservations canceled less than 48 hours in advance. No shows are charged full price, but a simple phone call to 1-800-80-WHALE in advance will prevent this.

PRIVATE CHARTER RATES: 3 hour minimum

"Odyssey" (80 pax vessel):

Pax of 39 or less: $450/hour, first 4 hours $300/hour thereafter

Pax of 40-80: $500/hour, first 4 hours $400/hour thereafter

Travel / Standby $200/hour

Included is use of the vessel, a USCG licensed Captain, crew, fuel, and insurance.

**Please add Port fee (1.00/person on FH dep.), sales tax (7.7%), gratuities (7% Captain & Crew), applicable docking fees, and catering to hourly rate.Note: We send a detailed contract. These private charter rates are meant as a guideline only - We have to quote based on the particular day and time, therefore it could vary a bit. Christmas and New Years please call for pricing. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: To guarantee charter reservations, a 50% nonrefundable deposit must be made at time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to reserved date and is also nonrefundable because we will be turning away business to hold the space for your group.

TRAVEL AGENTS:To make a reservation and qualify for a 10% (negotiable) commission:

1) Travel Agents call or fax-name, # in party, how to reach them (phone #, hotel, and arrival time).

2) For payment.we need agent's name, company's name, and company's Visa or MC #.

3) We will charge the fare including tax on the company's card MINUS the 10% commission due.

4) Or Travel Agency can prepay via company check, MINUS the 10% commission due.

5) Must receive check 10 days prior to departure..groups of 10 or more, 50% booking + 50% 30 days

6) Agents add your commission to group rates, and private charter quotes.
